Christmas Lunch – “Joy itself”
Yesterday, Wednesday 14th December, Christmas began. Any dubious claims of festive spirit prior to this date were quickly proven heretical as students were overcome by the real thing: hot food and camaraderie. As usual, baguette bags served as stockings, stuffed with treats. The Bournemouthian observed that, unlike party horns, rogue balloons will never cease to be anything but hilarious. Students were also delighted to find popping candy in their Fredos and jokes utterly devoid of wit in their crackers. However, it was noted by many that the bit of paper with the history of crackers continues to disappoint readers with unparalleled consistency.
